Chatterbox (established 1971 and now located at the Hilton Singapore Orchard) is famed for its signature Mandarin Chicken Rice (called "Mandarin" because the hotel within which Chatterbox is located was previously called the Mandarin).

Dr Anuj was a Research Fellow who I recruited for the SarawaK Biovalley Pilot Plant facility. He has always made a point of keeping in touch even after he left the PPF to work for ASTAR in Singapore. We caught up during a 12 h layover between Sydney and Kuching.
