This was the location of Apple Corp. Ltd., the Beatles' media company which had its office here during the rock group's heyday. On 30 January 1969 (as proclaimed by the blue plaque above), the Beatles performed a live concert (their last ever) on the roof top of this building. This event was filmed as part of the movie on the group entitled "Let It Be" (1970). Peter Jackson's company re-edited the film footage and re-released the effort as "Get Back" (2021), a 6 h documentary.
