Clem's Cucur Pisang
 

After deep frying
 

Soft and tasty inside
 

Pisang Tandok (Horn Banana) was used.
The bananas were bought green and hard. They were placed in a plastic bag to ripen.
After a week of observing no evidence of ripening, an apple core was added to the bag.
Subsequently, ripening occurred within three days. Ripening was accompanied by sweating seen in the bag and a slight raised temperature.
 

Peeled and sliced, ready for the batter
