Clem's Christmas eve dinner
 
Chilled Meat Standards Australia 1.2 kg ribsteak-on-the-bone, sous vide at 50C and then charred grill over charcoal and hickory woodchips. The vegetables were sauteed in butter. Accompaniments were cream of mushroom soup, rich mashed potato, and Christmas fruit cake with vanilla ice-cream for pudding.
