Finding a taxi is not a problem here ... it is a nuisance because just about every taxi toots you as soon as they spot you.
For you Google Earth users wanting some ground truthing, this location is at the traffic lights on Constitution Ave. diagonally opposite the Australian High Commission (behind the fence where the small white watch house is at the top right hand corner).
